The junk yard around Pop and Darlin's house is in it's last stages. I'm glad to see the cars go. Some will be recycled and some will be refurbished. I loved playing here as a child. I loved going through the glove compartments and finding old post cards. I love finding a nest under a seat or an unopened adult beverage. It was like a giant treasure hunt and the jewels were all in our imagination. So we went to collect hubcaps one afternoon with Pop-Pop and cousins. We found a lot and had a good time. The boys even found a few treasures (random Ford parts) that are floating around our house and van.
