Sigh. Not sure how that happened. We played Laser Tag and had dinner with family. He has officially hit the age of gift cards and cash. There was also lots of bacon. It was perfect...

Me: Would you guys rather go on a Disney Cruise or to Vietnam?
Harrison: Disney Cruise
Sully: Disney Cruise
Sully: Wait... What is Vietnam?
Me: A country in Asia.
Harrison: I haven't really been to another country.
Me: Yes, you have.
Harrison: Oh, yeah. That cruise.
Me: You went to Mexico and Belize.
Harrison: And Texas.
Me: Texas isn't another country even though some people want it to be.
Harrison: Disney Cruise
Me: If you go to Vietnam you get to say "Dam" a lot.
Harrison smiles.
Sully: No Way....
I smell a challenge. Now I just have to figure out how to make the Temple of Literature sound more appealing than a "water coaster" called the AquaDuck that goes around the pool deck.

THE LIGHTS WENT UP, THE LIGHTS CAME DOWN, SO STARTS ANOTHER YEAR...
So on the surface it would appear this blog is a year behind. It's not really. I have started many posts, but have not published them because I wanted them to be in order and all perfect. Truth be told, I can be a control freak and control freaks only create resentment and outdated blogs. So I'm going to start posting my current posts. I'll catch up on the others one day. LUNCHING AT THE CANYON
Harrison went with a Boy Scout troop camping at Cloudland Canyon to see if he wanted to continue with scouting after he completes Webelos 2. I can't believe this is his final year as a cub...
