MAN DOWN

Our beloved "Creepy 60's Pool-float Santa" has a terrible leak. I moved him over so it looks like the deer is trying to wake him up. Christmas just wont be the same without him...

FURTHER PROOF I'M ONLY HERE FOR THEIR AMUSEMENT

Harrison and Sully's new thing is to play with RC cars outside. It's about all they want to do. So I got bored and thought I would teach myself how to skateboard. Well it must have been entertaining because they both got some peanuts and sat on the recycling bin to watch. I think the monkey scratching it's head is a nice touch...

TURKEY DAY

Sassy~Harrison~Grandpa~Sully Brutus looking for crumbs-
Playing with Grandpa's train and my new camera...

Grandpa was a little scared and Sully had to catch him.
You know it's a nice day when the squirrel stops storing food and lays out in the sun-
Happy Thanksgiving!

THE NEW FLOWER SHOP

We went to visit Grandmother at the new flower shop. It's really nice. The boys were most impressed with the candy train in the window. I was impressed that Sully didn't cry when he found out he couldn't eat it...

his shirt matched the ones on the ground.

RCAP or ART CAMP

Boy things have changed. I was in high school when I joined my first club. Harrison is in art club, or as he calls it "camp". He likes it so much that he made a sign for his bedroom door and pretends to have it in his room. Below is my favorite project to date. He started working with acrylic paint and canvas this week.

HALLOWEEN:

Sully was going to be a frog and wouldn't wear the costume. So he was an engineer and a very sweet one. After every house, he would pick up the candy and say, "My favorite!" like in Owen's Marshmallow Chick by Kevin Henkes. Harrison was "The Thing" from Fantastic Four and really loved trick or treating. Last year he wanted to go home early and hand out the candy he had collected. We were out for almost two hours and had a great time.
