ADULT SUPERVISION REQUIRED

So I'm working in the basement when Troy comes running past me with a megaphone. I asked him where he was going and he says, "To yell at people so they will give money to the poor." I go outside to investigate and they have set up a booth to yell at joggers and passing cars. We collected change at VBS and they were inspired when it totaled $297. They raised $1.04. I discuss what a bad idea it is to have strangers stop at the house with no grown-up in the yard. They reassured me that Bob is in the backyard and they were fine. I told them we would have a bake sale in August. So they cleaned the yard...but were not very happy about it...
I went back inside to work some more. When I started looking for them, they had disappeared. Then I saw Carolyn hopping across the neighbor's yard, bound and gagged with painter's tape. They were going to leave her there until I found her...to make me think a stranger had done it...like to give me a scare...little punks...

ORANGE BEACH

I'm finally getting around to posting pics from the beach. I took the laptop so I could dump my stick and took about 761 pictures...not kidding. The surf was really rough, but perfect for the body board...

We found this huge playground and bike path.
We went to Lambert's to eat lunch. I knew boys would love the thrown rolls. They have added a really cool playground that is a long train across the front. It was a huge hit, too. And we also hit the Disney Store outlet while we were so far out for souvenir shopping.
yummy...
because the surf was so rough, we went to a park on the bay. The boys caught hermit crabs, we got to watch a sailing camp, dolphins and join a Bible school for some fishing.

Sully like touching the fish and squid that we used for bait...

What trip to the beach would be complete without go-carts? So on the last night we went to the arcade. The boys won enough tickets for a whoopee cushion...that they proceeded to use at the ice-cream shop.
Here is a picture I took for Father's Day gifts.

LAKE RUTLEDGE

We usually eat at Grandmother's every Sunday night. We switched things up a little this week and went to Hard Labor Creek State Park. It was a lot of fun. Now for the pics... So Bob was by the water watching Sully. We looked up and Sully appears to be drowning. We realize Bob is not watching Sully. Rere and I left our flip-flops behind and made it to the water before anyone even looked up. Sully was fine and I totally missed my chance to do my perfected "Bay Watch Run".
The crew- Uncle Pat, Corey, Brittany, Jessica, Mitzi, Colt, Jesse, the other Corey, Jason, Victoria and Joseph.

Talon taking a snooze....I love this picture! Caden and Rylee winking.
Sully, Rylee, Harrison and Alexander.
We took Harrison's friend Alexander. They had such a great time that I wasn't even able to get a picture of them. This is the only time there were still and not slinging water.
Grandmother wanted a picture with all her granddaughters. Mitzi flashed the camera... So Grandmother flashed the camera...
