VISITING UNCLE WES

We went to the middle of nowhere FL to spend the weekend with Uncle Wes. It's very rural, the people are nice and we had a good time. So now for the pics...Suwannee River

I don't know if you can see the buzzard, but there were tons of them. I know where they go when they fly south for the winter. Sully tried to sneak off many times to pet one at Manatee Springs. We saw two of them! Maybe it should be called Buzzard Springs b/c we saw about 250!?
Ok...it's pretty obvious that people do not listen when asked not the feed the squirrels. They were pretty aggressive and acted a lot like my mom's yorkie.

I know they are my kids, but look how cute they are! Lunch in Cedar Key
I didn't pack snacks so the boys would eat a good lunch. Sully had three large pieces of fish, two hushpuppies, fries, a slice of tomato, slice of onion and then started to spoon feed himself ketchup. I was repaid later with the diaper...
Then we found a museum and another parkthen we found a little beach

We stayed in Uncle Wes's camper. I loved the Sully sized tub. Harrison liked the bunkbeds and dead crab outside.and then back to GA to get some crab legs at Red Lobster!

FIRST TWO WEEKS OF DECEMBER....

It's been busy, but lots of fun.
Here are some of the highlights:

Harrison and Alexander riding the carousel after seeing Happy Feet. I now have a tap-dancin' maniac for a son! (I took this one with my camera phone)

We visited MaMa to celebrate her 91st Birthday. She's an amazing woman! I want to be like her when I grow up... The Local 72 Christmas Party
It is so big that last year Harrison thought it
was Jesus' official Birthday party.

Harrison and Rylee were just a little excited.

Harrison won a door prize was relieved to finally
have his "own credit card"...if he only knew!We went to a Christmas party "at the towers" as Sully calls it. The boys were watching a performance by the opera when... Sully got just a little freaked out!

We also went to ride the Pink Pig one night and to Build-A-Bear with Grandpa and Sassy one afternoon. I tried to get the pics from my phone, but it's not playing nice tonight. And we had a potluck with my photo-friends and there isn't a single picture to show for it! But we did go to a studio party for Marc and Zack. Marc did a really cool slideshow: http://climie.com/ufccparty.html Harrison is in over half the fist 34 pictures and I'm even in a couple. That's all for now.

Florida pics coming soon!

MAN DOWN

Our beloved "Creepy 60's Pool-float Santa" has a terrible leak. I moved him over so it looks like the deer is trying to wake him up. Christmas just wont be the same without him...

FURTHER PROOF I'M ONLY HERE FOR THEIR AMUSEMENT

Harrison and Sully's new thing is to play with RC cars outside. It's about all they want to do. So I got bored and thought I would teach myself how to skateboard. Well it must have been entertaining because they both got some peanuts and sat on the recycling bin to watch. I think the monkey scratching it's head is a nice touch...

TURKEY DAY

Sassy~Harrison~Grandpa~Sully Brutus looking for crumbs-
Playing with Grandpa's train and my new camera...

Grandpa was a little scared and Sully had to catch him.
You know it's a nice day when the squirrel stops storing food and lays out in the sun-
Happy Thanksgiving!

THE NEW FLOWER SHOP

We went to visit Grandmother at the new flower shop. It's really nice. The boys were most impressed with the candy train in the window. I was impressed that Sully didn't cry when he found out he couldn't eat it...

AUTUMN LEAVES

He thought it was really cool that the leaves on
his shirt matched the ones on the ground.
