TRICKING THE FAIRY

Seems the tooth fairy forgot to visit Harrison last night. In her defense, the tooth did come out after he was already in bed. I told him it was probably on the list for tonight instead. He wasn't content and worried that the ziploc bag that housed the tooth was too large. He said it looked like she tried to move it, but only got to the edge.
Enter the trickster... So he decided to make it look like he was still sleeping and see if the tooth fairy would fall for it. I started to point out the one of the many obvious flaws in logic. I mean... come on!? How is it that a magical fairy knows there is a tiny tooth under a pillow and not a big-o eight year-old head under the blanket??
But I was wrong. It worked. The tooth was removed and dollar was in its place when he got home from school. I guess he also got out of doing his morning chores, too. Not bad... Not bad at all...
