NOVEMBER-O-RAMA!

November was such a fun month, that I couldn't move on to December without one more post...and what a post is it!

I tried to keep it short. :)

First we have Alexander's 8th Birthday and a couple of my favorite boys-will-be-boys pictures...

I really can't believe these guys are turning 8!
then on to the fall festival at Harrison's school.
Sully is waiting in the driveway for Bob to get home so we can go! This is the high-back booster he bought with his birthday money...Harrison's face when it started to rain...
but we were able to move under the pavilion to be
sprayed and, of course...
Sully was close behind...
just thought this was cool...
from the haunted house.
SUGAR!!
I love watching this activity. I almost wet my pants every time.

The leaves were really incredible this year, too...
One Sunday, we went to church with the cousins.
and Uncle Pat was baptized.
after lunch with Grandpa and Sassy, we went back to Lolly's house to feed the horses...
and cats...
I know you have already seen the cats, but people have given Lolly a hard time about helping out these kitties. Why people choose to criticize for someone is doing something in their spare time, with their money, that doesn't harm a soul, is beyond me. A Lolly that would let an animal suffer, would not be our Lolly.
Next we move on to Uncle Wes and Emilee in Florida for some lemon picking... and stick hunting at the Suwanee River...
have I told you my boys like sticks? sticks with freshwater muscles shells are even better.
and shark fishing... ok...there are not sharks in the river, but the weather was too cold to take the boat out. so we told Sully there was...
and then he was so sad when it was Harrison's turn and we never caught a shark...
on to Cedar Key, lunch at Frog's and the best playground on the beach!
I just love this place...
we stayed for the sunset...

and the bird chasing...
oh...to be there now...
so we left Cedar Key and headed for...
B-B-Q!
we said good-bye to Uncle Wes and Emilee to get ready for...
THANKSGIVING!!
Here is Chief Brave Strong Tree...
There was lots of baking this year...
and at my best count, Diva at 17 mini pumpkin muffins...
the boys all dressed up for lunch with the family...
and here is the family!
it was very nice for the S.C. folks to make the trip!
and then lots of wrestling to work off the goodies...
and they were good!
I just had to share this one. Harrison's homework was to illustrate what he is doing at 7:00 pm. Notice how he is wearing the ace bandage (like in the photo from the previous post) and that Bob is signaling "time out". love it!
and we ended the month with a little rocking around the Christmas tree!

So you see November was a wonderful time with family and friends. And for that, we are very thankful!!

Now bring on December!
